This portfolio focuses on decreasing financial barriers, increasing provider availability and enhancing appreciation of the benefits of care, particularly preventive care. Funded projects strengthen the safety net by serving uninsured children, build the capacity of care providers to meet the needs of underserved children and overcome barriers to care through community outreach to underserved families.
